Between Freeport, Illinois and the Wisconsin State Line
The Jane Addams Trail is open year-round for bikers, hikers, snowmobilers and cross-country skiers. It is open daily from dawn until dusk, except during the shotgun deer season, which runs from the middle of November until the middle of December. The trail starts at the Illinois/Wisconsin state line and continues through Cedarville and Orangeville to Freeport.
Trail Access: Access points at at the Illinois/Wisconsin Stateline off Imobersteg Road, at the Richland Creek Trailhead NW of Orangeville, at Buena Vista, at Red Oak, at Scioto Mills and at the Wes Block Trail north of Freeport.
